How does the search feature work?
The Sidney Thomas product search feature allows you to search by major product category (jewelry, necklaces, rings etc.), secondary product group (amethyst necklaces, men's watch, etc.) and keyword.
Why am I having trouble navigating your site with my browser?

How do I save an item for later?
Saving an item for later allows you to "save" items to add to your next order. Saving an item does not reserve inventory or guarantee availability in the future.
1. Go to your "Shopping Bag" by clicking the shopping bag icon located at the top of any page.
2. Click the "Save for Later" link in your shopping bag.
Please note that prices are subject to change. Items are saved via a cookie and can be accessed later from the same computer. Items are saved for at least 6 months.
If you're not seeing your Saved Items in your shopping bag, please try the following:
– Scroll down to the bottom of your shopping bag.
– Ensure that you are accessing your saved items from the SAME computer where you saved them.
– Ensure that your browser has cookies enabled.
How do I delete a product that I added to my order?
1. Click the "Shopping Bag" button located at the top of any page.
2. Click the "remove" link in the "Qty" column.

How do I cancel an order?
Contact customer service at 1-800-257-1765. Our phone representatives are here to take your call Monday through Friday from 8am-10pm; Saturday 8am-9pm and Sunday 10am-8pm EST. Keep in mind, orders process quickly. In some cases, an order cannot to be canceled because has already been prepared for shipment. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, you may return any unused merchandise that has not been engraved or personalized for a refund, credit or exchange.
Why does my shopping bag always appear empty?
The most common reason this happens is because our shopping bag "cookie" is being blocked by your web browser. Our website uses "cookies" to maintain your shopping bag. Please enable "cookies" in your web browser to retain items in your shopping cart.
What is a "cookie"?
A "cookie" is a small file placed on your computer's hard disk. The cookie allows information to be stored on your computer including your name, address, items in your shopping bag, and your User ID. This is done to store this information for future access upon returning to the website.
How will changing my settings for "cookies" affect my security?
