What is your return policy?

We want your purchase to be perfect. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, you may return any unused merchandise that has not been engraved or personalized for a refund, credit or exchange.

Merchandise returned must be in its original condition and credit is subject to merchandise being reviewed by our Quality Assurance Specialists. Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way by a jeweler other than Sidney Thomas cannot be returned. We will accept rings that have been resized for returns. A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient. Items that have been personalized cannot be returned.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

Email Customer Service or call us at 1-800-257-1765. We will advise you on how to return/rectify the specific issue you may have. Allow 3-4 weeks for returns processing through our facility.

What is your return policy for international orders?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at Customer Service or 1-800-257-1765. We will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped and the amount you will be refunded.
