Diamond Trade-Up Policy

We hope you enjoy your new diamond jewelry. A diamond purchase from Sidney Thomas provides reassurance for today and for many years to come. However, if you decide at any point after your purchase that you would like to trade it for a bigger, higher grade or different diamond, we will gladly accommodate you.

Terms

The trade-up policy is valid on the following items: loose solitaire diamonds, diamond solitaire engagement rings, diamond solitaire earrings, diamond solitaire pendants. Diamond(s) must be in original, undamaged condition. Diamond(s) must be in original Sidney Thomas mounting. The trade-up purchase must at least be in the amount of the first purchase price plus 50 percent. A copy of this policy and original receipt must accompany any trade-up. Sales tax is nonrefundable and cannot be applied toward trade-up. Sidney Thomas reserves the right to revoke this policy at any time and for any reason.
