What if I forgot my password?
Proceed to "Account Login".
Click on the "Forgot your password" hyperlink.
Enter your email address and click "Submit".
Your password will be sent to your email address.
How do I cancel an order?
Contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-257-1765. Keep in mind, orders process quickly. In some cases, an order cannot to be canceled because has already been prepared for shipment. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, you may return any unused merchandise that has not been engraved or personalized for a refund, credit or exchange.
What is the status of my order? Can I view previous orders?
For inquiries about an order already placed, click on the "Account Login" button, located at the top of any page. Please enter your email address and password provided on your last order. If you do not have a password, cannot view or do not find your order, please email Customer Service or call us at 1-800-257-1765, Monday through Friday, 8am to 10pm; Saturday, 8am to 8pm; Sunday 10am-8pm EST and ask us to check your order status.
How do I store shipping information on the website?
If you provide a password when you place an order, you will be able to logon as a "Returning Customer" and retrieve your "Order History" as well as your billing and shipping information.
