OLD EUROPEAN CUT: An old-fashioned gemstone cut dating back to the 1800s. With a round shape and 58 facets, it is considered the precursor to the modern brilliant-cut. However, it has a greater depth and smaller table than the brilliant-cut of today.

Color Grade I-J: Near-colorless

CLARITY SI1-SI2: Slightly Included. Inclusions are noticeable under 10x magnification.

SINGLE-CUT: A gemstone cutting technique that dates back to the 1300s. Still used today, the single-cut usually features 18 facets that go in one direction without crossing each other.

Clarity VS1-VS2: Very slightly included. Inclusions are observed with effort under 10x magnification, but can be characterized as minor.
