14KT: Karat (abbreviated kt or K) is a unit that indicates the purity of gold in the metal. 14kt is 58.33% gold. In the United States, 14K yellow gold is most favored and used in jewelry.

SIMULATED TURQUOISE: A simulated turquoise is an artificial stone made to imitate real turquoise. Known as "faux turquoise," is does not actually hold any of the physical properties of turquoise, as it could be made from acrylic, plastic, or resin. Faux turquoise, typically found in fashion jewelry, is very affordable and can create the same vibrant look for less.
